About the position

The Social Media Copywriter will develop and execute a social media content strategy aimed at educating and engaging institutional investors, increasing brand awareness, and enhancing the online presence of TEKsystems' institutional prime brokerage products. This role involves creating high-quality content tailored for platforms like X and LinkedIn, managing a content calendar, and collaborating with various teams to ensure consistency across marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy, including copywriting and creative visuals.
• Create high-quality, engaging content tailored to social media platforms including X and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar: create posts, obtain approvals, schedule, and monitor performance of social media posts.
• Create content to encourage executives and employees to share on their personal handles.
• Work closely with marketing, communications, and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns.
• Measure and report on the performance of social marketing initiatives; share recommendations to optimize social performance.
• Stay informed on competitor insights and emerging trends in social media marketing and content creation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4-6 years of social or copywriting experience in the institutional finance or crypto space.
• Comfortable writing short-form content for an institutional audience.
• Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual.
• Demonstrated track record of creating social campaigns to steer new audience acquisition and deepen engagement.
• Outstanding project management skills.
• Ability to come up to speed on technical topics quickly.
• Self-starter with the ability to get things done.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working on crypto products and strong knowledge of crypto.
• Experience writing for executives and spokespeople.
