About the position

Nikaeen Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, fosters brand awareness, and supports our marketing goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content, managing social media platforms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels. This part-time position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing the candidate to choose their own hours while working between 4 to 16 hours per week. The role is based in our office located at 11620 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90025. The Social Media Manager will develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with our brand's overall marketing objectives and targets our desired audience. This includes creating high-quality content for our social media channels, such as text, images, videos, and graphics, utilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite. The manager will also be responsible for maintaining our presence on various social media platforms, ensuring consistency across all platforms, and utilizing social media management tools like Hootsuite. In addition to content creation, the role involves conducting social media analytics to track performance, identify trends, and optimize our content and advertising efforts. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with our marketing team to develop social media campaigns and promotions that drive website traffic and conversions. Engaging with our followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and fostering relationships with influencers and partners is also a key responsibility. The candidate will utilize video editing skills to create engaging video content that showcases our brand's products and services, and will be expected to edit and proofread all social media content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and industry developments is essential to continuously improve our social media strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
  • Strong background in social media marketing and content creation.
  • Experience with social media management tools, including Hootsuite.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator.
  • Excellent writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and analyze social media metrics.
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
