About the position

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team. This role involves developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate must be bilingual and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage social media interactions and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple platforms.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and customer interactions; respond promptly to inquiries and comments.
• Conduct regular social listening to gauge audience sentiment and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Maintain relationships with influencers and partners to expand reach and foster collaboration.
• Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
• Proficiency in advertising techniques on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics software.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
