About the position

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager will lead the marketing team's social media initiatives, focusing on creating and managing digital content across various platforms. This role is essential for developing strategies that align with organizational goals and enhancing the overall digital presence of the association.

Responsibilities

  • Create, post, and share social media content across multiple platforms.
  • Develop and manage a detailed digital content calendar that encompasses organization-wide campaigns.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to prepare social media strategies and achieve campaign goals.
  • Coordinate meeting and team event logistics and agendas.
  • Responsible for all paid digital advertising campaigns.
  • Special projects and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of social media and digital marketing experience is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Strong experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and video-editing.
  • Comfortable utilizing project management software such as Asana or Monday.com.
  • High level of detail orientation with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
