About the position

The Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager at The LMC Groups will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing strategies for various clients across different industries. This role involves promoting messages through social media channels, creating digital ad campaigns, and staying updated on the latest trends in social media. The ideal candidate will be creative, innovative, and possess strong communication skills, with a focus on crafting engaging content and utilizing analytics to inform marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for assigned clients, including social media platforms, digital ads, and email marketing.
• Create and manage engaging content for assigned clients' social media, digital ads, emails, and other forms of digital communication.
• Prepare reports and analytics on the overall performance of various marketing campaigns, including ROIs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
• Monitor and maintain mutually agreed upon campaign budgets.
• Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• 2 or more years work experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
• Able to create engaging content.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research preferred.
• Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently; flexibility with changing priorities is a must.
• Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize work required.
• Impeccable writing and editing skills; excellent presentation and communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in graphic design (1 year preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (1 year preferred).
• Skill level with InDesign.
