This position involves collaborating with the marketing team and executive leadership to implement marketing strategies effectively. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing content calendars, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to support the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) including writing, scheduling, and publishing content.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with promotional campaigns and company goals.
• Collaborate with the content creator to curate and schedule high-quality visual content.
• Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to optimize performance and engagement.
• Help implement digital marketing strategies, including PPC and digital campaigns.
• Oversee and optimize the company's Google Business Profiles, ensuring accurate business information, responding to customer reviews, and posting updates to enhance local search visibility and engagement.
• Adhere to project deadlines and provide status updates on a regular basis to management.

Requirements

• Experience in social media management and digital marketing (5+ years preferred).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and online advertising effectiveness.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple initiatives.
