About the position

The Social Media/Digital Marketing Specialist at Cutting Edge Computers Inc. is responsible for managing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. This role focuses on enhancing the brand's online presence through strategic social media engagement, monitoring campaign performance, and optimizing paid advertising efforts to maximize return on investment (ROI).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor trending hashtags and topics to integrate them into the brand.
  • Track the success of social marketing efforts through goal setting and analytical tools.
  • Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.
  • Monitor online activity to ensure compliance with established guidelines.
  • Encourage greater social media participation.
  • Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement.
  • Help maintain the brand by working on marketing campaigns.
  • Perform market research to inform campaigns.
  • Strategize with other marketing professionals.
  • Create content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Research advertising trends and competitors' pricing and products.
  • Determine appropriate placement of ads.
  • Decide on content that will effectively reach customers.
  • Implement email marketing campaigns.
  • Measure digital traffic and monitor social media and Google Analytics.
  • Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools.
  • Report on campaign growth and analytics to stakeholders.
  • Scale campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor project status and budget.
  • Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests.
  • Respond to customer reviews and comments.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of marketing experience or related experience managing paid social (Meta, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with marketing consumer-oriented websites/QSR industry is a plus.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent people skills and vendor relationship management skills.
  • Strong verbal and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience using data mining/analysis/modeling tools and techniques.
  • Bachelor's degree or certifications in marketing or business-related fields.

Benefits

  • Full-time position with a salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
