About the position

This position is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media and digital strategies to support Trinity Health's marketing priorities, increase brand awareness, effectively communicate to audiences and promote engagement. This position is also responsible for building, maintaining and managing a positive online presence and reputation for Trinity Health and its staff/facilities. All the job standards and skills included within this general description will be performed and documented according to established policies, procedures and guidelines within the Marketing and Communications Department and Trinity Health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field of study preferred
  • Previous work experience as a social media/digital strategist or manager preferred
  • Computer skills essential with variety of software tools
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to find creative solutions on short notice
  • Analytical skills
  • Discretion and diplomacy
