About the position

Fourth Lane Automotive is looking for a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager/Administrative Assistant. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is eager to grow within the role and is open to further career development opportunities in the future. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, reliable, punctual, and a team player, ready to contribute positively to our dealership's operations. In this role, you will be responsible for making daily outbound phone calls to leads generated by the dealership, promoting our dealership and vehicles on various social media platforms, and assisting customers throughout the sales process. This includes completing applications, demonstrating vehicles, and assisting with contracting duties. Additionally, you will perform various tasks as needed, such as moving and fueling vehicles, dropping off customers, putting license plates on vehicles, and maintaining general office cleanliness. The hours of operation are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM during the week and 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays, with a day off during the week. The salary and commission for this position will be based on experience, and we encourage candidates with no prior sales experience but a strong desire to learn to apply. Bonuses and paid training are also part of the compensation package.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily outbound phone calls to leads generated by the dealership.
  • Promote dealership and vehicles daily on social media platforms.
  • Assist customers with the sale process, including completing applications and demonstrating vehicles.
  • Assist with contracting duties as needed.
  • Perform various duties such as moving vehicles, fueling vehicles, and dropping off customers.
  • Maintain general office cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

  • Self-starter with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute positively to the dealership's operations.
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • 1 year of desktop administration experience preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ambition to learn and grow within the role.
  • Experience in sales is a plus but not mandatory.
