About the position

The Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Le Vian is responsible for managing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and enhancing brand visibility across various platforms. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with Le Vian's brand objectives.
  • Manage and maintain Le Vian's social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Curate and coordinate images and videos to maintain a cohesive grid aesthetic.
  • Write compelling copy that engages the audience and drives brand messaging.
  • Schedule posts and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
  • Manually post TikToks and Reels to optimize engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
  • Create visually captivating content, including images, videos, TikToks, and YouTube shorts.
  • Develop and produce short-form videos that align with social media trends.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to highlight featured products.
  • Utilize storytelling techniques to create narratives around Le Vian's jewelry collections.
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to amplify brand reach.
  • Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Foster relationships with influencers and coordinate sponsored content.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of influencer collaborations.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns to create excitement around the brand.
  • Identify opportunities for innovative campaigns and collaborations.
  • Monitor and engage with the social media community, responding to comments and inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a social media manager, content creator, or brand strategist, preferably in the luxury retail or jewelry industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in shooting and editing videos, especially for TikTok and YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
