About the position

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of content creation, SEO, and graphic design, along with excellent relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Create compelling content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and audience preferences.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to optimize social media posts for maximum visibility.
  • Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design tools.
  • Manage relationships with influencers and partners to enhance brand collaboration opportunities.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or a related field.
  • Strong skills in content creation, including writing, editing, and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Adobe Illustrator) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices for social media.
  • Excellent research skills to identify trends and insights relevant to the target audience.
  • Strong relationship management abilities to foster connections with followers and partners.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Nice-to-haves
