In this role, you will be tasked with creating a variety of content, including text, images, and videos, tailored specifically for our social media channels. You will also monitor, track, and report on social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of our strategies and make data-driven decisions. Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications will be essential to ensure that our content remains relevant and engaging. Additionally, you will be responsible for responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner, fostering a positive community around our brand. This position requires a proactive approach to social media management, with a focus on building and sustaining an engaging audience experience.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram and TikTok
- Experience with doing audience research
- Solid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Analytics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent multitasking skills
