About the position

The Social Media Manager and Content Creator at Martanne Construction will be responsible for enhancing the company's online presence and engaging with the community through strategic social media initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Craft and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand presence.
  • Capture compelling images and videos of construction progress for content creation.
  • Organize and log all content for historical documentation and project logging.
  • Support and implement the social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Create engaging content, including posts, videos, and visuals that reflect the company's quality work.
  • Engage with the online community by monitoring and responding to audience interactions.
  • Write and edit posts that align with company values and standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and leadership teams for updates and project highlights.
  • Analyze engagement metrics and provide insights for optimizing content strategies.
  • Manage visual elements across accounts to maintain a cohesive brand identity.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.
  • Coordinate paid social campaigns with external agencies as needed.
  • Attend networking events to connect with other companies and enhance social media presence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media in a professional setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly for all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in social media analytics and optimizing strategies based on insights.
  • Experience with major social media platforms and in-app editing tools.
  • Project management experience with a strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
