About the position

We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager/Marketing Associate to join our team at Ravive Plastic Surgery & MedSpa in Tampa, FL. This part-time position requires a dedicated individual who will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and driving traffic to our platforms. The ideal candidate must have previous experience managing social media specifically for a plastic surgery practice and should be able to share their portfolio as part of the application process. This role will require approximately 10 hours of work per week, with some time required on-site at our office. The Social Media Manager will be tasked with creating and managing social media content calendars, which need to be prepared 21 days in advance for each month. The candidate will be expected to come into the office once a week to shoot content and will be responsible for posting this content and engaging with our followers and target audience. Monthly meetings with the plastic surgeon and office manager will be held to review social media performance and strategize future content. Additionally, the role includes creating a monthly newsletter to email our clients and analyzing social media insights to guide future strategies. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential to ensure brand consistency, and staying updated on the latest trends in social media and digital marketing is crucial for success in this position.

Responsibilities
