About the position

The Social Media Manager at AAA Washington is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's heritage while engaging with both new and existing audiences. This role involves daily management of social media channels, content creation, performance analysis, and community engagement, ensuring that the brand's voice resonates with its members and followers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple channels.
• Create, schedule, and analyze content that reflects the essence of the Pacific Northwest.
• Engage with members and followers as the face and voice of AAA Washington online.
• Analyze data to track performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Manage the social media budget and forecast overall program costs.
• Expand AAA Washington's social reach through ambassador programs and influencer partnerships.
• Contribute to a positive team dynamic through respectful interactions and collaboration.
• Incorporate AAA's vision, mission, and values into daily activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years' experience in social media marketing.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years' experience with social media metrics, data reports, and analytics software.
• Previous experience growing followers and engagement via quality organic content.
• Previous experience with influencer partnerships.
