As we continue to grow, we're seeking a passionate and skilled Social Media Manager to elevate our online presence, engage with our community, drive sales, and integrate artificial intelligence into our digital strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content across various social media platforms, particularly focusing on Facebook and Instagram. This role involves capturing high-quality photos and videos during product releases, events, and trade shows, as well as actively participating in relevant Facebook groups and forums to foster relationships within the golf cart community. In addition to content creation, the Social Media Manager will be tasked with editing and enhancing multimedia content to maintain a consistent and appealing brand image. Scheduling and publishing posts across social media channels using scheduling tools will be a key responsibility. The candidate will also curate an aesthetic Instagram feed that aligns with the brand's identity, utilizing Instagram Stories, IGTV, and other features to keep followers engaged. Furthermore, the role includes creating and managing a blog section on the company website, producing informative and engaging blog posts related to golf, technology, and product highlights. The Social Media Manager will explore and implement AI technologies to enhance social media strategies, leveraging AI tools for content optimization, audience analysis, and personalized engagement. Coordinating and executing social media campaigns for new product releases, generating excitement and anticipation among followers through teasers and sneak peeks, will also be part of the job. Keeping media kits up to date with the latest product information, images, and key statistics is essential, as is providing these kits to influencers, journalists, and other relevant parties as needed. The candidate will implement strategies to organically grow the brand's social media following, collaborate with influencers and partners to expand the reach and influence of our brand, and develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products. Finally, the Social Media Manager will work closely with the sales team to align social media efforts with sales goals and track and analyze social media metrics to measure the impact on sales. Attendance at relevant industry shows, dealers, events, and trade fairs to capture content and represent the brand is also expected.
