About the position

The Social Media Manager/Content Creator role is a part-time internship focused on managing and creating engaging content for various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. The position requires a creative individual who can work independently, develop a content calendar, and stay updated on industry trends while contributing to the brand's voice and vision.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the decision-making process for the social media marketing monthly calendar, including project planning, content creation, and video shoots.
  • Create content that aligns with the brand's voice and vision.
  • Develop engaging stories, manage Instagram highlights, and maintain a constant stream of active content across all platforms.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices.
  • Manage a content calendar that aligns with the marketing strategy.
  • Schedule posts, plan out the Instagram feed, and coordinate with the design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts, utilizing Meta Business Suite to optimize content and drive engagement.
  • Excellent phone and digital communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
