About the position

We are seeking an experienced, creative, motivated, and highly skilled social media manager or content creator to join our team at Santé Cocktail Lounge, a newly established, high-end bar/lounge in Houston, TX. Our lounge offers an exclusive social experience, operating from 5 pm to 10 pm as a refined social setting, transitioning to a vibrant DJ-led dance floor from 11 pm to 2 am, featuring deep house and techno music. We cater to an elite crowd, emphasizing luxury, fine art, and a cosmopolitan vibe. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a passion for music and the arts, and a deep understanding of the elite clientele we aim to attract. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, creating, and managing engaging content across our social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. You will use various tools, such as Canva, Capcut, and Vids, to create high-quality photos and videos during events and daily operations, transforming them into viral and engaging content for our social media channels. Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and applying them to our content strategy is essential. Additionally, you will build and maintain a strong social media presence that aligns with our brand's luxury and artistic image. Engaging with followers, responding to DMs daily, and fostering a sense of community around our brand will be key aspects of your role. You will also leverage existing connections or proactively reach out to local influencers, industry professionals, and media to promote our lounge, collaborating with influencers to amplify our brand's presence and attract the right clientele. Strategic planning and reporting will be crucial, as you will develop and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness. Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our social media strategy will be part of your responsibilities, along with assisting owners with daily marketing tasks and providing regular updates on social media activities.

• Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media for bars, lounges, or clubs is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in creating viral content and growing social media followings on major platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn for professional outreach is a significant plus.
• Expertise in using social media tools and apps like Capcut, Vids, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience shooting and creating engaging videos, both on the phone and on a professional camera.
