About the position

The Social Media Manager/Content Creator at Santé Lounge is responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to enhance the lounge's luxury brand image. This role involves content creation, community engagement, influencer outreach, and strategic planning to attract an elite clientele and promote the lounge's unique offerings.

Responsibilities

• Setup, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Use tools like Canva, Capcut, and Vids to create high-quality photos and videos during events and daily operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and apply them to the content strategy.
• Build and maintain a strong social media presence that aligns with the brand's luxury and artistic image.
• Engage with followers, respond to DMs daily, and foster a sense of community around the brand.
• Showcase high-end art displays and promote the unique vibe of the lounge.
• Leverage connections or proactively reach out to local influencers and industry professionals to promote the lounge.
• Collaborate with influencers to amplify the brand's presence and attract the right clientele.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, increase engagement, and boost brand awareness.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine and optimize the social media strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in managing social media for bars, lounges, or clubs.
• Demonstrated success in creating viral content and growing social media followings on major platforms.
• Experience with LinkedIn for professional outreach is a significant plus.
• Expertise in using social media tools and apps like Capcut, Vids, Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience shooting and creating engaging videos on both phone and professional camera.
