We're on the hunt for an innovative Social Media Manager who is not only experienced in managing and creating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok but is also eager to redefine how we approach our social media presence. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and is not afraid to be in front of the camera or assist with video shoots. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and ability to manage multiple accounts across various industries will be key to your success in this role. In this position, you will lead the decision-making process for all social media marketing efforts, including project planning, content creation, and video shoots. You will develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies that align with company goals and objectives. Working closely with videographers, stakeholders, and internal teams, you will coordinate marketing efforts and facilitate seamless communication to ensure all content aligns with our brand's voice and vision. Your role will also involve developing engaging stories, managing Instagram highlights, and maintaining a constant stream of active content across all platforms. You will ensure our social media presence is dynamic, compelling, and reflective of the latest trends. Staying ahead of the curve by conducting thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media best practices will be essential. You will use insights to optimize our content and improve engagement, manage a content calendar that aligns with our marketing strategy, schedule posts, and coordinate with the design team to ensure a cohesive and visually appealing brand presence.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in managing Instagram and Facebook accounts, utilizing Meta Business Suite to optimize content and drive engagement.
  • Proficient in Canva Pro for designing visually appealing graphics and promotional materials that capture the essence of our brand.
  • Experience using Asana to track deadlines, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of all social media projects.
  • Excellent phone and digital communication skills are a must.
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with TikTok content creation and management.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure engagement and performance.
  • Basic video editing skills for social media content.
