About the position

The Social Media Manager/Content Creator at Delerme CPA, LLC is responsible for crafting engaging content across various social media platforms, designing and implementing campaigns that align with business goals, and fostering community engagement. This role requires a creative individual who is passionate about learning and can effectively communicate complex financial topics in an engaging manner. The position offers opportunities for collaboration with marketing and leadership teams to enhance brand recognition and audience growth, particularly in U.S., Latin America, and European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Craft engaging content (video, image, copy) for platforms like YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Design and implement social media campaigns that align with our business goals, targeting both U.S., Latin America, and European markets.
  • Collaborate with our marketing and leadership teams to develop compelling content that captures our unique value and builds brand recognition.
  • Manage content calendars, track trends, and optimize posts for engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance through analytics platforms. Continuously refine strategies based on insights.
  • Research, explore, test, create! You must be passionate about LEARNING daily in order to create dynamic content.
  • Build and foster a loyal community by responding to followers, engaging with industry influencers, and promoting our thought leadership across platforms.
  • Use a creative and proactive approach to growing our audience, especially in key regions like Latin America and Europe.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media management experience, with a strong understanding of content creation for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to turn complex financial topics into engaging and digestible content.
  • Proficiency in bilingual content (English and Spanish).
  • Analytical mindset: you can analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
  • A passion for storytelling, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences through creative content.
