The Social Media Manager/Content Creator will oversee the creation and management of video content across various social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for three companies specializing in military weapons and a wedding venue. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle video production from shooting to editing, while also engaging with sponsors and managing social media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute video production processes including shooting, editing, and uploading content to social media platforms.
• Communicate with team members to understand required shots and angles for video content.
• Set up cameras and manage equipment including changing batteries and memory cards.
• Edit footage to create long format videos (10 to 30 minutes) and short clips for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
• Manage social media accounts and drive traffic to company websites through engaging content.
• Coordinate with other companies for potential sponsorships and partnerships.
• Capture video content during events at the wedding venue, primarily on weekends.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in social media management.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a videographer and video editor.
• Proficient in video editing software and social media platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in digital videography and content creation for diverse audiences.
