About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy that drives engagement, increases brand awareness, and fosters a positive online presence. The successful applicant will have a passion for Bridal Fashion and social media with a keen understanding of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. This role requires someone who can think creatively, work collaboratively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. In this position, you will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals. You will create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including email campaigns, videos, graphics, reels, and posts. Managing and maintaining our social media presence across multiple platforms, including TikTok, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook, will be a key responsibility. You will also conduct social media research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors, analyze and report on social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness, and collaborate with the management team to ensure a cohesive brand voice across all channels. Additionally, you will design and create visual content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, CapCut, and Canva. Utilizing SEO principles to optimize social media content and improve search engine rankings is essential. Staying current with the latest social media platforms and trends will ensure our brand remains competitive. You will also ensure all social media content adheres to company brand guidelines and is free from stigmatizing language or content, while shooting content and coming up with creative ideas.

  • Excellent social listening skills
