Poker Power is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance our marketing efforts through effective social media strategies. This role is pivotal in translating our marketing goals into actionable social deliverables, such as channel growth and audience engagement. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for amplifying Poker Power's brand voice across various digital platforms, both paid and organic, while fostering meaningful relationships with our audience and driving strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be a resourceful self-starter, capable of activating both organic and paid social strategies. They will help define our editorial strategy and create compelling brand storytelling content independently, with additional creative resources available. A strong comfort level with analytics, paid execution, and the ability to distill insights to inform future strategies is essential. This position will report directly to the Head of Marketing and is structured as a 6-month contract with the potential for full-time employment. The role can be based in our offices located in Los Angeles, Chicago, or New York City. In this role, you will utilize your proven experience in social media growth and engagement strategy to develop playbooks that align with Poker Power's mission and vision. You will manage our social media channels, including Meta platforms, TikTok, X, YouTube, and other emerging mediums. Additionally, you will oversee the strategic implementation of paid media across these channels, define and manage the Poker Power editorial and programming calendar, and build a content strategy that is data-driven and aligned with creative best practices. Your efforts will be crucial in driving upper funnel growth and establishing clear goals for each distribution channel, ensuring they contribute to larger business objectives. You will also track key performance metrics and build a social media measurement framework that informs our strategy and optimizes performance, while assisting in the development of social partnerships and influencer strategies that support broader marketing goals.
