We are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Manager & Creative Director to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role focuses on developing and managing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative vision and the ability to work collaboratively in an in-person team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage social media content strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness
• Oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and voice
• Film, edit, write captions, post, and engage with the audience across social platforms
• Track social media performance and adjust strategies based on analytics
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure creative consistency across platforms

Requirements

• Female candidates only
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management
• Ability to work 20-35 hours per week in person at our Naperville office
• Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
