About the position

As the Social Media Manager for Houston and Dallas' top luxury lifestyle magazines and multimedia platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the online presence and engagement of our brands. This position not only involves managing our social media accounts but also offers the unique opportunity to be part of a new Reality TV series currently in the pre-production stages. You will be responsible for creating and curating content that resonates with our affluent audience, ensuring that our social media platforms reflect the luxury and sophistication of our brand. In this role, you will engage personally with clients and partners, requiring you to dress to impress and maintain polished social and communication skills. Your outgoing and lively personality will be essential in building relationships and fostering community engagement. You will need to be comfortable working with luxury brands and executives, showcasing your ability to navigate high-profile interactions with ease. Your expertise in social media will be critical, as you will need a deep understanding of platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, along with emerging platforms. You will be expected to demonstrate previous accomplishments in social media campaigns, highlighting your ability to create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Community management will also be a key aspect of your role, as you will engage with our online audience, respond to comments, and handle customer inquiries effectively. Additionally, you will utilize social media analytics tools to track performance metrics, interpret data, and make informed decisions to enhance our social media strategies. Your capability to develop and implement strategies aligned with our organizational goals will be crucial, as will your experience in managing social media advertising campaigns. Strong project management skills will be necessary to organize and prioritize tasks, schedule posts, and adhere to content calendars. This is a full-time position that requires immediate availability and in-person work at our office.
