  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Keep up with the latest trends in social media to help increase engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the team to promote services, special events, and patient testimonials.
  • Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Handle patient inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and care.
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in social media management and customer service.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus.
