The Social Media Manager/Front Desk Receptionist at Embassy Tattoo is a part-time role focused on enhancing the shop's online presence and customer engagement. This position combines social media management with front desk responsibilities, requiring a creative individual who is passionate about the tattoo industry and skilled in content creation and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a content strategy to grow followers and increase engagement.
  • Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.).
  • Manage daily interactions with followers, including responding to comments and messages.
  • Collaborate with tattoo artists to showcase their work and studio atmosphere.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, especially within the tattoo and art industries.
  • Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
  • Organize promotions or other campaigns to boost engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all platforms.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role (preferably within the tattoo, beauty, or art industries).
  • Proficiency in social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills.
  • Knowledge of tattoo culture and trends is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
