About the position

The Social Media Manager/Lead Content Creator at Reflex Media Inc. is responsible for driving the voice and energy of the company's brands on social media. This role involves creating engaging video content, managing social media channels, and connecting with a global audience through innovative campaigns that reflect pop culture and luxury lifestyles. The ideal candidate will be charismatic, creative, and ready to lead dynamic content creation efforts that resonate with young adult demographics.

Responsibilities

  • Create unique, energetic, behind-the-scenes content showcasing the fun, luxurious, and relatable side of the brands.
  • Develop engaging, on-camera content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube targeting a young adult female demographic.
  • Create and manage UGC-style social media content that captures current trends, incorporating pop culture, nightlife, and fashion.
  • Utilize social media tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite) to design high-quality, trend-driven content that connects with followers and drives engagement.
  • Identify viral topics and incorporate them into brand content with an authentic, luxury-oriented twist.
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on current social media and pop culture trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Engage and grow the audience by responding to comments, sparking conversations, and building a community that resonates with both young women and affluent male followers.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with branding goals and deliver consistent, high-quality content that strengthens brand presence.
  • Analyze content performance to understand what drives engagement and refine future content based on data.
  • Monitor social metrics and prepare performance reports to communicate progress and insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of social media experience, focusing on creativity and trend-savvy content creation.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and trends, including algorithms and trend identification.
  • Creative storytelling skills to bring fresh, fun, and engaging ideas to life through social media content.
  • Comfortable on camera and able to connect with audiences naturally.
