About the position

We are seeking a creative and innovative Social Media Manager to join our dynamic beauty brand, Ellen Lange Skin Science. This part-time role focuses on developing and executing engaging content strategies across various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and a strong understanding of social media trends, with the ability to create visually appealing content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative content strategies for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook that align with our brand's voice.
• Conceptualize, create, and edit visually attractive posts, videos, and stories that resonate with our target audience.
• Stay updated on social media trends and bring fresh, innovative ideas to grow our online presence.
• Monitor social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure brand consistency across all social platforms.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns or posts.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, especially in the beauty industry.
• Ability to film, edit, and produce high-quality content (videos and photos) independently.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Must be available to work in our Millburn, NJ office two mornings per week.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in social media marketing or managing social accounts for brands.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Instagram Insights, TikTok Analytics, or Facebook.
