About the position

The Part-Time Social Media Manager at Metaprise is responsible for developing and executing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand awareness and engagement. This role requires creativity and a strong understanding of social media trends, as well as excellent communication skills, particularly in the fin-tech sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility and engagement.
• Create, design, and manage published content (images, video, written) across various social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with overall business objectives and campaigns.
• Support public relations efforts by promoting company news, announcements, and thought leadership content across social media channels.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer inquiries, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations.
• Analyze and report on social media performance metrics, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

Requirements
