Bossette Hair in Houston, TX is seeking a dedicated and creative Social Media Manager/Strategist to join our dynamic team of six. Located at 2323 S Voss Rd 330, we pride ourselves on being the #1 Luxury hair provider known worldwide. Our brand embodies love, loyalty, and luxury, and we are committed to empowering women by providing them with the finest quality hair and products. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is punctual, hard-working, and passionate about social media marketing. This role is crucial in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our community to promote our brand effectively. As a Social Media Manager/Strategist, you will be responsible for running our social media advertising campaigns and formulating high-quality, novel written and visual content tailored for each campaign. You will build and maintain a solid online presence, monitor our brand's reputation on social media, and engage with relevant influencers to increase brand awareness. Additionally, you will manage our online communities, ensuring respectful and appropriate engagement, and respond to comments across our social media accounts. Your analytical skills will be essential in determining the success of our campaigns, and you will coach employees on content creation best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all platforms. This position offers flexible shifts throughout the week, with compensation ranging from $10.00 to $15.00 per hour. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity and strategic thinking to our social media efforts, helping us to connect with our audience and enhance our brand's visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Running company social media advertising campaigns.

Requirements
