About the position

As a Social Media Manager at Ultra Records, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative digital marketing plans and social media strategies focused on Dance and Electronic artists. This role involves community management, content development, influencer management, and performance reporting to enhance the label's online presence and engage with fans effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that Ultra Records social media profiles are best represented on priority social platforms.
  • Produce and post digital content including text, images, and videos on label social profiles and fan pages.
  • Oversee short-form content strategy for assigned artists, ensuring alignment with their vision and current digital trends.
  • Concept influencer campaigns and work with agencies to launch and monitor them.
  • Track analytics and metrics of priority single and album releases across social media platforms and compile reports.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing and social media management experience, preferably in media or entertainment marketing.
  • Proficient with major social media platforms and understanding of the DSP landscape and associated strategies.
  • Ability to create digital marketing campaigns with different brand voices for both the label and artists.
  • Proven track record of building a social following from the ground up.
  • Solid understanding of creative positioning, key art/video execution, digital advertising, and influencer marketing.
