About the position

The Boutique COO is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager / Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. As a PNW-based small business support company, we cater to a diverse clientele, including creatives, trades companies, and professional services. This role is pivotal in enhancing our marketing offerings, and you will have the opportunity to work directly with clients on various marketing projects. The position is entirely remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while collaborating with a geographically diverse team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and assisting with website and graphic design projects. You will need to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, adapting your style to meet the needs of different clients. A self-starter attitude is essential, as you will often face open-ended problems that require innovative solutions. You will also be tasked with project and process management, ensuring that deadlines are met while juggling multiple priorities. Critical thinking is a key component of this position, as you will guide clients through their marketing challenges. A positive, can-do attitude is crucial, as you will be expected to dive in and resolve issues on behalf of clients. The role offers a flexible schedule, starting at 15 hours per week, with a pay rate of $23 per hour and a clear path to increase to $30 per hour as the business expands. Additionally, there are structured performance bonuses available, providing ample opportunity for growth within the company.
