About the position

The Social Media Manager will lead the social media efforts for a dynamic company specializing in subscription-based marketing and branding services. This role is essential for building brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving growth across multiple platforms for six distinct brands. The manager will develop and execute social media strategies, create and manage content, engage with online communities, and analyze performance metrics to align social media presence with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each company's goals and target audience.
  • Create and maintain content calendars, ensuring consistent and strategic posting across all platforms.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns focused on brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Produce and curate high-quality content (graphics, videos, posts) that aligns with each brand's identity.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and actively participate in online conversations.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics, including engagement rates and conversions.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the social media presence innovative.
  • Utilize social media management tools for scheduling, monitoring, and analyzing activities.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on managing multiple brands.
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, graphic design, and video production.
  • Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
