About the position

The Social Media Manager at Citadel Development Services, LLC is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. This role involves close collaboration with the President and other departments to create compelling content that enhances the company's online visibility and reputation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with business goals and objectives.
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with the target audience, reflecting the brand identity and values.
• Monitor social media channels for industry trends, technology, competitor activity, and relevant discussions to identify opportunities for engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all channels.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media campaigns, adjust strategies accordingly, and provide recommendations for continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
