As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing Culture's social media calendar, curating a mix of original content, repurposed content, and paid placements to engage and grow our audience. You will also curate and send weekly newsletters aimed at both trade and consumer audiences. Writing is a key component of this role, as you will be expected to write one story per week for our website and contribute to our quarterly print magazine. Additionally, you will prepare and upload content to various digital platforms, ensuring proper formatting and optimization for timely publication. Staying updated on industry trends, particularly in specialty food and cheese, is crucial. You will monitor traffic and engagement metrics using analytics tools to provide insights and recommendations for content optimization and audience growth. Quality control is also a significant part of your responsibilities, as you will perform regular checks to identify and rectify any issues with content formatting or technical errors, ensuring a seamless user experience for our audience.
