In support of our mission, we are seeking a Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate is a highly strategic and creative storyteller who's excited to push the boundaries of social innovation through an ownable strategy, culture-first creative, and community-centric content. You have a clear vision and POV for what makes social, social — and have an innate understanding of content that grows our cultural awareness, engages consumers, and impacts sales. Day-to-day, you'll manage the operations of our owned social channels: planning the social calendar, managing the creative and copy (inclusive of campaign briefing, asset tracking from internal and external creative resources, creating content yourself), scheduling posts, tracking trends, and channel reporting. This role will also work cross-functionally to develop social- and community-first content across influencer, paid social, and other digital channels. This role reports into the Director of Social and Community as a part of the Brand Marketing team and will require a weekly in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
