About the position

Modere is seeking a Social Media Manager to drive the strategy and execution of our social media channels. This role is responsible for building our brand presence, engaging our community, and creating impactful social content that resonates with our audience. The ideal candidate will be a highly creative, data-driven individual with a passion for storytelling, social trends, and wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Modere's overall brand positioning and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, for all social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
  • Build and nurture several engaged social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Use insights to refine strategy and optimize content for better performance.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Proactively implement new strategies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and social media partnerships that align with Modere's clean lifestyle brand values.
  • Work with the digital marketing team to develop and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
  • Ensure all social media content and interactions reflect Modere's voice, tone, and clean-living ethos.
  • Work closely with product, customer service, and sales teams to support product launches, promotions, and customer initiatives through social media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a direct-to-consumer, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and social management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Strong creative instincts with the ability to generate original content ideas that resonate with target audiences and elevate the brand.
  • Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail in grammar and brand voice.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and deadlines.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with influencer marketing and/or social commerce.
  • Familiarity with wellness, health, and clean-living industries.
  • Experience with paid social media campaigns, including budget management.
