About the position

The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand presence of MVP AC, Heating, Plumbing and Electric through strategic social media engagement. This position requires a creative and data-driven individual who can develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way while cultivating leads and sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Design and execute social media campaigns that align with our marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience in content management.
  • Excellent copywriting skills.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics, and marketing channels.
  • Familiarity with web design.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
