Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for multiple high-traffic social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube Shorts).
• Post consistent, high-quality content that aligns with our brand's voice.
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that align with business goals.
• Monitor analytics to track performance and optimize future content.
• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams on campaign ideas.
• Stay updated on platform changes, trends, and best practices.
• Oversee both paid and organic social media efforts to drive growth and engagement.
• Respond to comments and engage with followers in a timely, authentic manner.
• Create and maintain a posting schedule to ensure consistent content delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms (META, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.).
• Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and creativity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of paid advertising and campaign management.
• Self-sufficient.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with video content creation and editing.
• Graphic design or basic photo editing skills.
