About the position

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Manager to enhance the online presence of our portfolio of travel companies. This role involves marketing over 10 vacation rental companies across various markets by creating and sharing engaging content. The ideal candidate will be organized, creative, and capable of developing innovative marketing strategies and executing them successfully.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for 10+ vacation rental companies across multiple markets
• Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories) tailored to each brand's audience and platform (Facebook, IG, some TikTok)
• Manage and maintain social media calendars, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms
• Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the curve
• Analyze social media metrics and KPIs to measure performance and optimize content strategies
• Collaborate with email, blog, and PPC teams to ensure cohesive cross-channel marketing campaigns
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster community growth
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create visually appealing content
• Experience with social media analytics tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the travel industry
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
