About the position

LIT Method Inc is seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement for their connected fitness company. This role involves managing all social media channels, developing influencer strategies, and creating high-quality content to promote the brand effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and curate high-quality visual content across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Create and maintain a content calendar for timely and relevant content delivery.
• Build and manage influencer campaigns, sourcing new creators to promote LIT products.
• Manage content creator contracts, budgets, and communication regarding usage rates and timelines.
• Deliver weekly/monthly social media and influencer reporting, compiling recap decks based on KPIs.
• Champion the marketing team's understanding of social media and influencer campaign performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in creating and running campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media and influencer campaigns.
• Solid knowledge of campaign and channel analysis and reporting.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
• Proficient in Canva, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
