About the position

The Social Media Manager at Trend will oversee the social media strategies for all Trend businesses, focusing on creating and executing content calendars, developing comprehensive social media strategies, and building excitement for the Trend brand. This role is essential for growing digital communities and strengthening the brand's presence across various platforms, targeting influencers, athletes, and brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a creative and data-driven social media strategy for all Trend companies.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Manage a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Engage and grow the online community by interacting with influencers, athletes, potential hires, and brand clients.
• Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth, etc.) across all platforms.
• Work closely with various teams to integrate social media campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and content creation tools.
• Represent Trend's ethos and values on all platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably within influencer marketing, talent management, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools, with experience in Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Exceptional content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and basic video editing.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics and pivot strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building communities.
