About the position

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and updating the social media content calendar across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing, possess strong communication skills, and have a solid understanding of social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the social media content calendar for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Produce and create social media content including videos, lives, reels, shorts, graphics, and training webinars.
  • Leverage measurement tools to provide progress reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and improve results through testing and new initiatives.
  • Monitor and engage regularly with audiences online, acting as a thought leader.
  • Lead company reputation management efforts and strategies to enhance online reviews.
  • Ensure all online efforts and messaging are consistent with the values and voice of the target audience.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Communications and Content Manager to develop and amplify digital campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Communications, Marketing, or Advertising preferred.
  • Four years or more of professional experience in social media and brand management including organic and paid campaigns.
  • Experience producing/hosting social media videos, including IG Reels, Stories, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Videography and/or video editing experience preferred.
  • Hootsuite or similar social media management platform experience preferred.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in platform management for videos, audio, and text.
  • Intermediate level of Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with hosting webinars.
  • Experience managing Facebook Pages and Groups.
