The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the online presence of the company, focusing on community engagement and content creation. This position is designed for a dynamic individual who is passionate about social media and has a strong understanding of the local Orlando area. The role involves managing various social media platforms, engaging with followers, and collaborating on creative ideas to promote the company’s initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Posting on all social media platforms
  • Engagement with followers via comments, direct messages, polls, and top contributors on group pages
  • Responsible for idea creation and collaboration with killer execution
  • Detail-oriented, proofing the correct content is distributed without errors
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must have experience in growing a social media presence
  • Proficient with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter & LinkedIn
  • Familiar with CMS platforms for scheduling and managing posts
  • Must be self-driven and looking to grow in their skillset, evolving and owning their role
  • Will need to provide a portfolio of work
  • Social media management: 2 years (Required)
