About the position

The Social Media Manager will oversee the social media marketing efforts for clients, focusing on content management, branding, and performance marketing. This role requires a strong understanding of social media trends and the ability to collaborate with various teams to drive effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Set up meetings to discuss ideas and proposals for new branding ideas
  • Manage content material going online
  • Manage all published content (images, video and written)
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy
  • Full ownership for SEO & PPC direction of their clients
  • Collaborate with specialist internal team members as well as members of the other digital teams
  • Drive a unified on-page and off-page SEO strategy
  • Work closely with in-house commercial and marketing teams
  • Develop and execute effective customer loyalty programmes
  • Manage brand identity and consumer research data
  • Recommend changes to strategies based on results and findings
  • Analyse and report the success/effectiveness of targeted advertising campaigns, special events/promotions
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing
