About the position

The Social Media Manager at AA Mint Cards will play a crucial role in enhancing the brand's visibility and engagement within the Sports card and Trading Card Games community. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position involves managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing performance metrics to drive brand growth and awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all social media accounts including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and Facebook.
  • Deliver consistent and engaging content tailored to each platform's audience, including regular story posts and scheduling.
  • Develop and edit compelling images, graphics, and written content for social media and website use, ensuring alignment with brand voice and aesthetic.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a robust online community.
  • Analyze data to craft strategic organic content that elevates the brand's presence.
  • Schedule, post, and monitor daily content across all platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Provide regular reports on social media insights, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work closely with the CEO and editing team to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and community members to create authentic and engaging content.
  • Coordinate with the CEO to highlight new products, special offers, and upcoming events.
  • Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the strategy fresh and compelling.
  • Actively monitor emerging trends to inform content strategy and collaborate with upper management to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience in brand management with a proven record of growing social media channels or in a marketing team management role.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in videography and video production is a plus but not required.
  • Knowledge of Trading Card Games (TCG) and Sportscards.
