About the position

The Social Media Manager at our prominent law firm will enhance our online presence with a focus on acquiring new clients. This role involves creating, curating, and managing content across various social media platforms to effectively promote our legal services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a social media strategy to attract prospective clients to our legal services.
• Manage and curate engaging content across multiple platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Take high-quality photos and create visually compelling video content to showcase the firm's expertise, success stories, and client testimonials.
• Collaborate with and interview the legal team to create content highlighting the firm's specialties and legal updates.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve client acquisition and engagement.
• Post, monitor, and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Stay current on industry trends, social media algorithm changes, and ethical behavior guidelines.
• Work with our SEO and content team to coordinate efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a professional services environment.
• Proven track record of using social media to generate leads and acquire clients.
• Strong skills in photography and video editing for social media purposes.
• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including analytics.
• Creative thinker with impeccable attention to detail.
• Outstanding writing and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
