Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our brand on Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Create posts five days a week.
• Write effective, engaging copy that aligns with our brand voice and messaging.
• Manage and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
• Monitor and track social media performance, including audience growth, engagement, and sales conversions.
• Analyze data and analytics to refine and adjust strategies for better performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram.
• Familiarity with content creation for TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging, brand-aligned content.
• Experience using social media analytics tools to track performance and adjust strategies.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to stay on target and on task.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
